Pastoring our Leaders takes into a whole new level. One may be put into question about personal matters, checking if all
aspects in one’s life are fine. It is important then to assess oneself from time to time. In this session, a pastoral planning process was mentioned
which eventually helps an individual evaluate growth opportunities and create an action plan.
Goal/Objective setting and action planning must be specific, measurable, achievable, realistic/relevant, time-bound, exciting, and rewarding.
This will help guide leaders who will enter into pastoring into becomming better persons in the long run.
