Camp CALYE is the annual summer youth camp of the Light of Jesus Youth Missions. “CALYE” means “Choose A Life You’ll Embrace”. Every year, we invite young people to choose a certain path, or a specific direction or calling or mission, in which they’ll live out. It may be a life of friendship, a life of generosity, a life of goodness, a life of simplicity, or a life of love.

To successfully meet our objective above, this is our approach:

1. 1. Through life-changing talks and personal testimonies. Instead of the usual informational talks, speakers will share a part of their lives to the participants in which the purpose and message of the topic during the day would be subtly understood through the testimony given.

1. 2. Through group sharings and fun-filled, teambuilding activities. These activities would establish a sense of teamwork and cooperation. The group games would create friendly competition but in the end foster unity.

1. 3. Through the sincerity, understanding and acceptance of the leaders, facilitators, and servants, creating an ambiance of friendship, camaraderie, and love.
